We develop the vision alongside our clients, architects, and builders, then guide the project team in bringing every detail to life—from materials and millwork to furnishings and custom work.
From design development through installation, we remain involved at every stage.
Our process
01 — INQUIRY & DISCOVERY
Begin with our inquiry form and online questionnaire, followed by a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore your project, vision, and goals.
02 — ONBOARDING
Through a private walkthrough and thoughtful discovery process, we learn how you live, define your needs, and establish the creative direction for your project.
03 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design phase is a minimum 12-week process, tailored to the scope and complexity of each project.
From concept through construction-ready details, we develop the complete interior vision—materials, furnishings, custom millwork, lighting, 3D renderings, and a comprehensive specification book—while establishing the project budget and timeline.
Working closely with your architect and construction team, we ensure every detail is considered and clearly documented before construction begins.
04 — PRESENTATION & APPROVAL
The complete design is presented for review, bringing together the vision, materials, furnishings, specifications, budget, and project timeline.
Once approved, we move seamlessly into execution.
05 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
From procurement and site visits to weekly communication and oversight of custom work, we manage the details from start to finish.
The process culminates in final installation, styling, photography, and videography—capturing the completed project in its entirety.
02- virtual design
Focused Guidance, Your Own Pace
For smaller projects or clients who prefer to take the design process into their own hands, our one-on-one consultations offer focused professional guidance at your own pace.
We can assist with problem-solving, material and finish selections, furniture layouts, color palettes, lighting, and other design decisions. When helpful, we can also coordinate sample requests so you can confidently evaluate materials and finishes in your own space.
To make the most of our time together, clients are encouraged to provide photos, measurements, plans, and questions or design challenges in advance of the scheduled consultation.
